Our Services for Companies
As an independent service provider, we arrange for reports submitted by manufacturers and persons placing products on the market in Germany to be audited in accordance with the German Single-Use Plastics Fund Act (Einwegkunststofffondsgesetz – EWKFondsG). Our digital audit processes are practical, legally compliant and meet the requirements of the ZSVR and the German Single-Use Plastics Fund Ordinance (EWKFondsV).

The audit reports are provided to you with the required digital signature. Your data is processed and stored in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Target Group and Scope
This service is intended exclusively for companies with a registered office or permanent establishment in Germany, as well as foreign companies subject to the reporting obligation under Section 11 of the EWKFondsG. Our services are intended to provide legally compliant documentation for submission to authorities and third parties.
